I also noticed they charged for coca tea upon my second visit, how petty! A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice after all I went through. honestly, I just couldn't recommend this place.

The hotel is built on such a beautiful concept supporting all these kids in need. The staff always had a big smile on their faces, which made our stay feel warm and welcoming, like family. They gave us a cute box lunch and held our luggage safely for us while we did the Inca trail,, and I can't stop thinking about that avocado/mango cocktail starter I had in the restaurant. It was one of the most delicious dishes. !

We loved the massage service after a long day and the staff was super helpful. Just a short walk from the local market for some fun at the new majordome or carguyoq, too!

Had a bit of an issue one night with the front desk rushing me when my friend was getting a coat. It was a little frustrating being disturbed like that, especially when hotel policy states guests can stay until 10pm. Otherwise, a solid experience!
